Laugh with Bill Maher

Although this event is not free, we think it’s worth the extra cash to spend an evening listening to Bill Maher’s live stand-up tour. We can only imagine what he will have to say about the presidential candidates and current events around the world. This political commentator will have you cracking up with his brilliant wit and humor regarding what’s happening in the world.

Cherokee Maidens and Sycamore Swing

This is the second annual Centennial Concert featuring the Cherokee Maidens and Sycamore Swing. Spend an afternoon surrounding by trees, local music, and food trucks. Stop by on your lunch break for the sweet sounds of western swing and vintage music to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Wichita Carnegie Library building. Plus, it’s free!
Autumn & Art

This is essentially a one-stop shop for your weekend adventure. At Autumn & Art, you’ll be able to experience delicious food, live music, and entertainment, in addition to beautiful artwork. Some of the art you’ll be able to enjoy will be coming from almost 100 artists from 21 states across the U.S. You’ll see ceramics, photography, jewelry, glass, mixed media, and more! What more can you ask for, especially for free?

Tuesdays on the Terrace

Soak up the last of this beautiful summer weather in the garden with family or friends. Unwind from a long day of work with beverages and a picnic. This is a perfect way to relax and spend time with those your love, while enjoying music, food and drinks in a gorgeous setting. You don’t want to miss this!
Old Town Farmers’ Market

Where: Farm & Art Market Square in Old Town, 1st and Mosley

Bring a reusable bag and an empty stomach for the Old Town Farmers’ Market every Saturday morning in September and October! Head over to Old Town and enjoy a morning of entertainment, cooking demonstrations, and locally grown produce. We support local farms, and you should, too!
